An application was submitted to City Planning to amend the existing Zoning By-Law to permit the development of an 8-storey mixed-use condominium (residential and retail) building, comprised of 123 residential units, 8 of which are Habitat for Humanity units, and approximately 1,113 square metres of retail space on the ground floor. The existing car wash building would be demolished.
The City is hosting a Community Consultation Meeting where the public is invited to get more information about this development application, ask questions and share comments.
