Heritage Toronto and Parks, Forestry & Recreation invite you to the presentation of two plaques commemorating the history of the Sunnyside Amusement Area and Bathing Pavilion.

1755 Lake Shore Boulevard West
From 1922 to 1955, Torontonians played, danced, and bathed at the Sunnyside Amusement Area. The Bathing Pavilion is one of the last remaining buildings of the era.
This event will feature an interactive community pop-up museum about the history of Sunnyside!
The plaque unveiling will be followed by a Pay-What-You-Can tour ($5-10 suggested donations) led by the Swansea Historical Society about Sports and Recreation Along Humber Bay.
