299 Glenlake Ave (Toronto) Limited has submitted an application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment. The applications proposes to maintain the existing 30 storey rental apartment building (233 units) and proposes to ad a second 11 storey rental apartment building (120 units) on the northwest corner of the subject property.
City Planning will submit a preliminary report on the zoning by-law amendment application to Community Council in the near future.
